Appetizer – Chilli Paneer: A popular Indo-Chinese dish where diced paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) is fried and then tossed in a spicy sauce made with soy sauce, vinegar and chilies
Main – Chicken Ghee Roast with Cumin Rice: A combination of succulent pieces of chicken marinated and cooked in a robust masala and rich ghee. Served with toasted cumin rice.
Dessert – Sooji Halwa: A classic everyday delicious North Indian Sweet made with fine semolina, sugar, ghee, nuts, and flavoured with cardamom powder.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks prior to the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days prior to the class.
