This hands-on cooking class will teach you how to make “Pad Kee-Mao” (Drunken Noodles) – Stir-fried wide rice noodles with cabbage, broccoli and eggs in a Thai spicy sauce and basil leaves; “Green Curry” – Green curry paste with coconut milk, eggplant, red and green bell peppers and basil leaves; and “Chicken Cashew Nut” – Chicken sautéed with onions, red & green bell pepper, carrots, roasted cashew nuts.
